Building Surveyor - Industrial & Commercial - Birmingham

A leading, national property agent are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

About the role/office:

• Commercial and Industrial sectors with work including warehouses, nurseries, offices & colleges
• Work covers all aspects of building pathology and no one is pigeonholed onto one specific service so work will be varied
• Business development opportunities with new and existing clients
• Lots of progression opportunities with promotion from within a priority
• Social team with quarterly funded socials plus biannual company wide events
• Hybrid working - 3 days in office/on site, 2 days at home

The ideal person:

• Has experience within the Birmingham market
• Building pathology experience
• Experience within commercial or industrial sectors

Please note you will require a DBS check for this role due to the nature of some of the projects.
