Chartered Building Surveyor required by a building consultancy in Manchester.

Your new company
This UK based consultancy has opened a Manchester office this year and have plans to grow significantly over the next 2-3 years. Located in a beautiful serviced offices are just a stone throw away from Victoria Station.
They work with public and private sector clients with the Manchester office already securing public sector pipeline of work, they can offer secure and stable career progression.

Your new role
You will be working alongside a current team of 2 and will be involved in all stages of a project from initial feasibility studies, all the way through to completion. You will work on a varied portfolio of work which includes high rise residential, commercial offices, schools and prisons.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role you should be MRICS chartered and have few years PQE experience working on similar projects. You will be an enthusiastic individual with ability to work from your own initiative and great communication skills.
