A renowned, employee-owned Property Consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join growing Nottingham office.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

Reporting into the Director, the new Quantity Surveyor will work across all sectors of the built environment, offering a diverse and interesting range of work. Initially working on Residential & Education JCT schemes.

Responsibility-wise, the Director is seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor who is competent in delivering projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. You will also be supported by junior members within the Quantity Surveying team.

Their long-established Nottingham office offers excellent long term progression opportunities, perfect for a driven Quantity Surveyor eager for rapid career progress.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Client facing
  • A RICS accredited degree qualification
  • Experience working with a UK Cost Consultancy / PQS firm
  • MRICS or committed to working towards chartership
