You will be working for a well established mechanical contractor based in Leicestershire, with a strong specialism in HVAC systems. They have a variety of different clients in which they work with and typically focus upon office refits - particularly in London. The company performs well, regularly gaining a turnover of £8 - 10 million a year. The team is friendly and supportive and thus staff tend to remain with little turnover. This is particularly exciting time to join as this role is been created out of the continued thriving nature of the business.


Your new role

You will be working as a Mechanical Contracts Manager, working typically on a lot of office refurbishment projects in London. When working in the locations it is anticipated that you will only need to commute to these locations. You will be expected as your role is to 'own the project' and oversee that things are followed to the procedures. In your role you will be involved in making arrangements for subcontractors, commissioning work, ordering materials and attending site meetings. You will be looking after the health and safety - however additional members of the team will be helping to support you with this.

What you'll need to succeed

You will either be experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager or experienced in mechanical construction looking to take your next step up. It would be preferable but not essential that you have experience in office refurbishments.
