Repairs and Voids Manager

I'm looking for a Building Surveyor to join my Local Authority client as their interim Repairs and Voids Manager (Housing):

- 3 month rolling contract

- Flexible working (2 days in office, 3 days from home)

- Managing a team of 7 Building Surveyors

- Managing the external contractor who carries out repairs for the Council Housing Stock

Experience required:

- Building Surveying in a Social Housing setting

- Specifically repairs and voids

- At least 5 years of on-the-job experience

Please note: This role involves line management responsibilities and falls strictly inside of IR35, meaning that any prospective candidates would be required to work via umbrella.
