Job Details

A multi-disciplinary property consultancy a looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to join their dedicated and passionate team in Birmingham.

The Senior Building Surveyors role

Due to continued success and growth, there is an opportunity for a project oriented Senior Building Surveyor with experience in maintenance, alteration and new build projects, across a wide range of sectors. Sectors include education, healthcare, local authority, commercial and residential property.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have knowledge and experience with design, specification and contract administration using JCT contracts.

This opportunity is very much client facing, so strong communication skills are a necessity to carry out this role. With the chance to move up the progression ladder.

The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally hold

  • MRICS qualified or wanting to progress through the APC
  • Relevant RICS accredited degree
  • Project experience
  • Education sector experience is ideal
