West Midlands - £50 per hour

I am working with a local authority in the West Midlands who are looking for an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join their team on a 3 month contract, with the potential of an extension.

Rate: £50 per hour INSIDE IR35

Location: West Midlands

Contract type: Temporary 6-month contract with potential to be extended

Flexible working: Remote working 4 days per week, 1 day in office/site visit

Client: Local Authority

Duties in the role:

Completing rent reviews, lease renewals and general day-to-day estates management
Providing trustworthy and reliable feedback to the council

Experience:

Experience working in a local authority setting, as well as experience conducting rent reviews, lease renewals, and daily estate management.

MRICs desirable but not essential.
