Exciting new opportunity to join a well-established independent consultancy. This Global consultancy is well recognised, successful and thriving company; the projects will be on a large scale providing you with the perfect opportunity to excel in your career. They are seeking M&E Project Managers at all levels that specialise in Data centre projects.
Key Experience and Knowledge
- Project lead on Data Centre projects
- Requires basic engineering knowledge / engineering background beneficial (M&E background (Electrical specifically)
- Project Delivery strategy / planning of complex delivery.
- Ability to challenge the programme and cost to drive optimum efficiency - programme is key
- Ability to run large workshops on cost / programme / risk / Design
- Senior client liaison and relationship management across client team and third party stakeholders.
- Developing Investor proposals for client presentations.
- Stakeholder liaison with third parties including being involved with amending legal agreements.
- Ideally already be SC Cleared
