A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Management surveyor to join a leading national property consultancy in their Birmingham or Leeds office. The company are well-known for their modern tech platforms and relaxed atmosphere.

The role will entail taking full ownership of a number of key assets across a range of commercial sectors, completing traditional property management responsibilities as well as identifying and implementing asset management initiatives. Within this role you will be liaising on a regular basis with key client stakeholders, with regular opportunities to attend social and formal client events.

Property Management (Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Regears, Service Charges)
