Project Manager

A Project Manager is required for a medium sized construction consultancy for their new central Birmingham based office.

The role/company:

• 5 offices across the UK solely working on project management within the built environment
• All private sector – no project work
• Sectors to include corporate occupier, commercial office, high end residential, retail and education (primarily universities)
• Company is an Employee Benefit Trust, meaning it is indirectly owned by the employees so all employees are entitled to a say in the company, as well as a share in the profits at year end Work is completed collaboratively within the team
• Describe themselves as professional, but not corporate
• Flat team structure

The ideal candidate:

• 2 years project management experience within a building consultancy
• JCT and NEC ¾ contracts proficient
• Experience of the full life cycle of a project
