Commercial Valuation - Newly qualified up to Senior Associate Director / Partner

Woodhouse Property Recruitment are currently working with a medium-sized Property Consultancy who are looking to hire a Valuation Surveyor from newly qualified up to  Senior Associate level to join their London team. You will be joining a highly regarded team who are part of company known in the market for their excellent working culture.

Key responsibilities

• Providing valuation advice on a variety of commercial assets
• Working with major banks, corporate owners and property companies
• Co-ordination of multiple-asset valuation instructions, often UK-wide or pan European
• Working in collaboration with Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Agency teams
• Client management

Key skills and experience

• MRICS qualified
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Good reporting writing skills and high level of attention to detail
