Senior Project Manager - Commercial Fit-out and Refurbishment

I’m currently working with an exceptional medium sized Building and Project Management consultancy, based a stone’s throw away from London Bridge, who are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their expert team. My client consists of team of 20 professional staff with an outstanding level of talent and experience.  This consultancy was formed over a decade ago; built on the extensive experience of the founding directors at larger consultancies, who took that experience, learnt lessons from it and were determined to form a small consultancy that was unrivalled in their level of project delivery.

My Client is looking to add a Senior Project Manager, with very strong commercial fit-out and refurbishment experience. The majority of the projects to be worked on are large scale commercial, CAT A/B, fit out and refurb projects across London and working with a range of first-rate investors, Landlords, developers and funds. The project management team is at the top of their game and combines the ‘smaller consultancy’ feel with the big project punch of any larger consultancy.

Requirements:

• Preferably MRICS, but not crucial
• Strong Commercial fit-out/refurb experience
• RICS accredited degree

Salary:

• Up to £75,000 DOE
