This boutique project and cost management advisory company work with end user UHNWI's in both client and consultancy capacity on super prime residential development projects in the UK and Europe. Utilising their long standing relationships with some of the worlds leading designers and consultants, they have developed a strong reputation in this luxury market.

Working in close collaboration with UHNWI's and their family offices, they act as either internal client representative or consultant on refurbishment (often listed buildings) or new build with contract values from £5-£50m per project which include;

• High specification apartments and town houses in Central London
• Vast country mansions in the Southern England and Europe

The opportunity

They are developing their London team and currently seek a Cost Manager to lead their Cost Management service line. 

The role

Reporting to the MD, this is a varied role covering all aspects of pre/post contract Cost Management delivery plus client and team leadership.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Pre and post contract Cost Management services 
• Managing new build and refurbishment projects in the super prime residential sector
• Client management 
• Acting as client representative 
• Instructing and management of teams
• Networking and cross selling

The successful candidate:

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management
• Chartered MRICS or equivalent 
• Minimum 6 years experience within Cost Management 
• Experience leading projects in the private sector 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A strong team player and able to spot opportunities to cross sell
