Our client, a leading, independent project consultancy, count an impressive array of investor/developers as part of their client base. The opportunity:
Due to ongoing project instructions from key developer clients in Central London, they seek Project Managers at Senior and Associate level to work on major refurbishment and new build schemes with contract values £30-100m. 

The candidate:
Ideal candidates will have over 5 years experience in Project Management including strong all round skills in project delivery and client management. You will be confident in leading projects £10m+ with experience in the private sector. 

Candidate attributes:

• Degree qualified in a property related subject
• Chartered professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
• 5+ years Project Management experience within a project consultancy 
• Proven experience leading private sector projects 
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
