Our client, a leading, independent project consultancy, count an impressive array of commercial investor/developers as part of their client base. The opportunity:
Due to ongoing project instructions from key developer clients in Central London, they seek a Project Manager at Project Director to lead office / commercial refurbishment and new build schemes with contract values £30-100m. 

The candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a Project Management professional with over 10 years experience including strong all round skills in delivery, team leadership and client management. You will be confident in leading similar scale projects with experience in the private sector. Experience in the office / commercial sector is desirable. 

Candidate attributes:

• Degree qualified in a property related subject
• Chartered professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
• 10+ years Project Management experience within a project consultancy 
• Proven experience leading private sector projects 
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
