Leading boutique consultancy with a strong reputation with investor/developers across residential and commercial sectors, seek a Head of Project Management in London to lead projects, team and clients. Current instructions range £20-150m. 

The opportunity:
As Head of PM, you will have the opportunity to lead and expand team. You will oversee an existing portfolio of clients/projects whilst also utilising your own network to develop the team into new clients/projects. There are strong incentives in place for the chosen candidate. 

The candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a Project Management professional with over 10 years experience including strong all round skills in delivery, team leadership and client engagement. You will be confident in leading similar scale projects with proven experience in a private sector consultancy environment.  

Candidate attributes:

• Degree qualified in a property related subject
• Chartered professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
• 10+ years Project Management experience within a consultancy 
• Proven experience leading private sector projects 
• Strong client management experience including bids and pitching 
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
