Job Details
An established and successful firm of Chartered Surveyors and other professionals, are now seeking a commercially driven Senior Building Surveyor to join their team of 15 others, in their London based offices.
The Senior Building Surveyor's role
As the successful, new Senior Building Surveyor, you'll cover the full spectrum of Building Surveying instructions including; dilapidations, building pathology and some party wall, with a heavy focus on Contract Administration.
The experienced Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from working with a variety of properties across multiple sectors, such as commercial, offices and some landed estates, where you'll work historic buildings. As a Senior Building Surveyor you will play an active role in the daily management and support of Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyors, with a clear progression pathway to Associate Director.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have
- MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS
- A private practice/ consultancy background
- Mixed sector and service experience is desired
- Keen interest or bias towards Contract Administration
- Managing experience/ potential
- Ambitious, well-presented and commericially minded
