Job Details
A nationwide Building Design Consultancy are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Head Office in Nottingham.
The Senior Building Surveyors role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be providing clients with professional, expert advice across a wide range of sectors including Residential, commercial, education, healthcare, retail and blue light sectors.
The main duties of the Senior Building Surveyor will be undertaking building surveys, schedule of condition, defect diagnosis, along with managing the design and refurbishment and contract administration through JCT contracts.
Ability to generate fee earning work to the business as well as working on business development to support the growth of the company. With the opportunity to progress and manage a small team in the Building Surveying side of the business.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualified or on course to become
- RICS accredited degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable on IT systems including AutoCAD and Microsoft office
- Business development experience
