Job Details
A medium sized consultancy based in Birmingham has had a recent growth in project pipeline, and now requires a capable Senior Project Manager to support with the delivery of these projects.
The Senior Project Manager's Role
This role will the successful Senior Project Manager take lead on the delivery of a range of interesting projects, ranging in scale and value, across the Residential, Industrial, Leisure, Healthcare and Education build sectors.
The Senior Project Manager will have prior experience working on both Public and Private sector projects and should have strong leadership ability as the Senior Project Manager will be supported by more junior Project Manager's.
Senior Project Manager Requirements
- A broad depth of experience working within Construction Consultancy as a Project Manager
- A background in delivering both Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent duties
- Thorough understanding of both JCT and NEC forms of contract
- Excellent client-facing skills and leadership ability
- Membership with a relevant construction/project management-based institute (RICS, APM, CIOB)
- Able to commute to and from site locations across the UK
