Job Details
A professional property and construction consultancy, are seeking a Building Surveyor to join 3 others, in an office of 40 others in Central London.
The Building Surveyor's role
As the successful Building Surveyor you'll cover a true mix of project and professional instructions, including; dilapidations, party wall and contract administration. The Building Surveying team service a variety of clients in the residential, commercial, retail, hotels, care homes, retirement villages.
The new Building Surveyor will benefit from full APC support and training, with uncapped career progression.
The successful Building Surveyor will have
- 3+ years private practice/consultancy background
- Mix of experience (professional & project)
- APC started, completed or keen to progress
- Experience with JCT contracts
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
