Job Details
A successful and well known building consultancy with a large regional overage across the North and Midlands are seeking a Building Surveyor to their Birmingham team.
The Building Surveyors role
Mainly working within the educational sector, you will be providing a wide range of building services including design and contract administration on projects ranging in value up to £10million.
The main duties will be supporting the Senior Surveyors with feasibility studies and budget costing, preparing scheme designs, specification of works, preparing tender documents, project management, building condition surveys and processing planning applications.
This role requires Surveyors to provide professional and knowledgeable advice on their works to their clients and maintain those relationships.
The Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualified or on APC pathway
- RICS accredited degree
- Contract administration experience is key
- Education experience is ideal but not necessary
