Interim Estates and Asset Surveyor

South England

Park Avenue are working on behalf of a Local Authority who require an Interim Estates and Asset Surveyor on either a 3 or 6 month contract - it's your choice!

The work will have you focused on helping the existing team reduce the backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals primarily and supporting the Director of Property with any strategic advice on the portfolio. This is not a job for the fainthearted... if you thrive with challenging cases, this is the job for you!

With this in mind, the council are happy for you to work from home, and only attend the offices once per week. You'll be expected to attend site inspections when you deem it necessary.

You will need to be MRICS, and ideally have previous local authority experience. This role is inside IR35, hence why the manager has flexibility on the budget.

If you feel this is the role for you, feel free to contact Alicia for more information!
