Assistant Building Surveyor
A friendly small firm of Chartered Surveyors is seeking an energetic, hard working ASSISTANT BUILDING SURVEYOR capable of undertaking schedules of condition, measured surveys of buildings, CAD drawing to prepare layout plans and simple construction drawings, inspecting simple building works on site, simple contract administration, simple Party Wall Act administration and assisting other Chartered Surveyors in various areas, The successful candidate will receive training to assist in working towards RICS APC must be able to drive using their own car for work purposes (subject of course to payment of travelling expenses).
Salary: £33,000.00 per year
