Job Details
Peace Recruitment are very excited to have been approached by one of our long-standing clients to assist in their search for an individual to perform the role of Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor. Our client is in the process of further expanding their Manchester office and are looking for that key commercially minded person to contribute in progressing the business within the North West of England.
This particularly successful Consultancy are involved in a range of projects across numerous sectors, including Commercial, Leisure, PRS and industrial to name but a few.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Assisting the multi-disciplinary consultancy service offered in the Manchester office, working closely with the existing Project Management team Managing cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan
Necessary Skills/Experience
- QS experience working on Construction Projects A variation of sector experience would be beneficial (Education, Private Residential, Commercial, Retail etc.) Chartered status, or a willingness to become MRICS A good local marketplace knowledge & contacts would be beneficial but not compulsory Highly motivated to work as a sole representative of Quantity Surveying, as well as part of a larger team
