Job Details
One of the UK's Top Property & Construction Consultancies, working internationally with a reputation for delivering world class projects, is seeking a career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Yorkshire region.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving team of 32, working on an impressive pipeline of projects, and continue to win new work.
Projects include Retail, Residential, Health, Education, Local & Central Government, Corporate Real Estate and Commercial Office.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered unrivalled flexibility, working from the office 1-2 days per week out of their Leeds or Sheffield office, on your choice of projects. They also offer rapid career progression to Associate Director for those driven individuals eager to progress through the ranks.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Experience:
- RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Ideally MRICS or working towards
- PQS / Consultancy experience
- Great pre and post contract experience
In Return?
- £50,000 - £60,000
- Fast track progression to Associate
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (the opportunity to buy a further 15 days and sell 5)
