Due to strong growth across the Cost Management business in the region this leading construction and property consultancy are now seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Winchester. This opportunity is suitable for both chartered or senior individuals. Their Winchester office has recently relocated to newly refurbished and branded offices to allow for their growth and this is a great time to become part of the expansion.

They also provide industry leading CPD and training development from in-house experts to external training to assist you achieve your goals and ambitions in progressing into a Team Manager, Associate and/or Partner.

You will have experience of high value and complex projects gained in a consultancy environment across some of the residential, education, retail, commercial, and leisure sectors and knowledge and experienced in use of Microsoft Office packages, CAD and measurement software (CostX, Causeway Cato, Bluebeam or similar).
