Interim Building Surveyor - Kent - Local Authority/Housing Association - £35p/h - 6 months

My Local Authority/Housing Association Client based in Kent is currently looking for an interim Residential Building Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract with a very likely view to extend. They are looking for a Surveyor who can start within March and is happy with hybrid working, with average of 2/3 days on site.

The Role:

• Carry out Damp & Mould inspections on residential property as well as reactive maintenance 
• Ensure building condition surveys and regular inspections of the residential property are carried out and proper records are maintained.

 Experience and Knowledge:

• Demonstrable experience in the delivery of building services, project management, project services, condition surveys and maintenance contracts.
• Residential Property experience - Houses, Flats, Bungalows, Care Homes 
• Damp & Mould Experience 
• Preventative Planned Maintenance and Reactive
