Building Surveyor

A Senior Building Surveyor, is now needed to join a small firm of Surveyors, who specifically service one client (A Property Investor), working on their varied portfolio of properties they have, based in Angel.

The Senior Building Surveyors role

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be joining the Head of Building Surveying working on all core Building Surveying services and Project Management duties including; defect diagnosis, dilapidations and contract administration.

Your only client is partnered with the firm, and you'll be servicing only their properties, which spread mainly across the commercial offices, retail and residential sectors, on schemes ranging from £200k to £5m. The successful Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from no fee targets or time sheets.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have

• MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS (Ideally not essential)
• Core Building Surveying experience - professional and project
• Client facing demeanour - strong communication
• Self-motivated, ambitious and well-presented
