Job Details
A firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, are looking to bring an enthusiastic Assistant building Surveyor on board their friendly team, based in Central London.
The Assistant Building Surveyor's role
As the new Assistant Building Surveyor, your role will be to Assist and learn from your Senior Building Surveyors, on professional and project instructions ranging from £200k to £4m, for their exciting portfolio of mixed clients. Your work will range from commercial, retail, office and high end residential properties and will be in and around Central London.
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will benefit from full APC support, with group mentorship and financially supported CPD. There are endless progression opportunities and clear pathways to reach Senior levels.
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- 6+ months within a similar role; private practice/ consultancy background
- Experience on professional instructions would be beneficial
- Good understanding/ knowledge of core Building Surveying
- Keen learner
- Self-motivated, ambitious and reliable
