Job Details
An innovative and professional Construction Consultancy is looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing Leicester team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a diverse range of projects including commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hotel, residential, and retail.
The new Quantity Surveyor will work under the supervision and mentorship of a knowledgeable Associate Quantity Surveyor, providing pre and post cost management duties.
The company have a highly successful internal APC programme with a number of Chartered Senior members of team who are eager to provide support and mentorship. This could be the perfect opportunity for a focused & ambitious QS eager for the right guidance with chartership.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- 12+ months UK Cost Management / Cost Consultancy experience
- Started or committed to the APC
- Basic pre contract knowledge
