Job Details
A reputable and innovative property and building consultancy practice, are now seeking an experienced and diligent Senior Building Surveyor to support them in their Cambridge office.
As the new Senior Building Surveyor you will sit within the Building Consultancy team, supporting them on their predominantly office fit-out projects and undertaking core building surveying services. These will include; project managment, design and specification, contract administration, as well as, dilapidations, party-wall matters, building surveys and TDD. Clients spread across multiple sectors, predominantly commercial, residential, education, office and industrial.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be expected to help support and train the junior members of staff, whilst having the desire to continue moving forward in your personal progression, with uncapped opportunities. Having experience with business development and winning new business would be avantageous.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS
- RICS accredited degree
- 3+ years PQE (Preferable)
- Previous office fit-out project experience
- Mixed sector experience, particularly commercial
- Experience in managing other individuals and training junior staff
- Confident communicator and client-facing
- Demonstratable business development skills
