Senior Surveyor / Associate - Industrial Agency Surveyor

The company
A leading global property consultancy have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Surveyor / Associate level Industrial Agent to join the team based in Bristol.
This position is for an ambitious and self-motivated professional who has a proven background in managing industrial agency instructions and clients.
The role
We are seeking a qualified surveyor with at least 2 years post qualified experience in agency with an established property consultancy. Strong and long-lasting relationships with clients are in place so we are seeking an agent to services the caseload of instructions as well as open new relationships and seek out business opportunities.
To complement the national team the successful candidate will undertake a full range of agency services within the industrial and logistics sector. Essential experience with an agency department (preferably a min of 2 years plus) preferably with industrial space.
Experience
Experience with a competitor company, success in your existing market and the ability to demonstrate good client facing skills is very desirable.
It is preferable that you are professionally qualified with a RICS accredited degree in Real Estate and full MRICS status. Relocating candidates will be strongly considered along with agency surveyors who want to move from office/business space, or retail/leisure.
