A growing private practice, independently run with a family feel. Currently employing a small but experienced team, with an established workstream. 

THE WORKLOAD

Put simply; quality work at sensible and sustainable volumes. They undertake privately instructed valuations such as HTB & shared ownership, Level 2 and 3 surveys plus a range of general practice work – providing variety and stability against market fluctuations. Work is undertaken at very low volume and surveyors have full office support (from booking all the way through to dictation, report creation & delivery).

WHAT DO THEY OFFER

• Competitive basic salary circa £60k (dependant on experience)
• Flexible working arrangements available (part-time down to 2 days per week)
• Office or Home Based
• All equipment & office kit provided (All Apple equipment)
• Achievable Commission scheme (enabling c£20k additional income)
