OUR CLIENT

Established RICS-regulated independent practices and national surveying firms servicing both the panel (securing lending) and private residential markets UK-wide.

THE WORKLOAD

Undertaking pre-purchase residential property inspections on a consultancy / freelance basis to include mortgage valuation (PII can be provided!), private valuations, homebuyer reports and building surveys.

WHO DO THEY SEEK?

Existing consultant / freelance residential surveyors keen to bolster their current workload, RICS qualified surveyors with relevant inspection experience who are keen to work on a self-employed or an LTD Co basis, and semi-retired surveyors looking to keep active 2/3 days per week.
