Job Details
A leading national Chartered Surveying practice, based in the City Of London, are now seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor, to join their growing, supportive team of 7.
The Graduate Building Surveyor's role
As the new, successful Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll be joining the team of Building Surveyors, servicing a variety of clients across the commercial, residential and industrial sectors, carrying out a mixture of project and professional instructions.
You'll benefit from full APC support and training alongside the other 3 Graduate to Assistant Building Surveyors, and will work with experienced Senior Building Surveyors whilst learning.
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- Keen interest in becoming Chartered
- Self-motivation for own studies
- Can-do and collaborative attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidentially - both verbally and written
