A leading independent property consultancy is looking for an experienced management surveyor to join their Property Management.

Role Responsibilities

Taking full ownership and responsibility of key clients’ portfolios. Management of Lease and tenancy schedules Working closely with facilities management and building management Due diligence for disposals Service Charge

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with a proven track record within Property Management. The ability to build strong client relationships and to deliver a value add and efficient service is key to the role.
