Are you a highly skilled Building Surveyor with experience in a private practice setting? We have an exciting opportunity for a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to join a reputable multi-disciplinary private practice.

Our client is a leading property investment business, responsible for providing professional services and delivering refurbishment and redevelopment schemes across a diverse property portfolio. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and residential buildings throughout London and the home counties.

Key responsibilities include preparing specifications and schedules of work, running refurbishment and redevelopment projects, inspecting and preparing schedules of dilapidations, and providing building pathology reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent client facing skills and the ability to manage their own workload with minimal supervision.
