Property Manager
London
£50k base plus car allowance
Beach Baker are delighted to be working with a major global player, seeking a Property Manager in London.
The individual will take immediate responsibility for the management of some prestigious Central London office assets working in close contact with Asset and Fund Managers.
This role is highly client facing, so gives a real opportunity to make your mark in both the property consultancy and end client
Daily liaison with the Client, their customers, solicitors and professional advisors
Preparing reports for and leading Client meetings
Advising the Client in respect of tenancy applications and controlling the licence process
Carrying out regular property inspections
Liaising with the client accounting team on production of annual service charge budgets, approving reconciliations, rent raising reports, etc.
Preparing revenue budgets and quarterly forecast reporting with the support of PM, FM and finance teams
Facilitating regular customer meetings with strong engagement skills
Due diligence for acquisition and disposals
Regular contributor to office-operating platform workshop sessions and projects
Essential qualifications & experience
Strong experience within a commercial property management department
Proven experience of direct reporting to property management clients
Managing lease events, rent reviews and expiries
Making recommendations on tenant applications
Sound Landlord & Tenant knowledge
Property Management Accounting knowledge - statements of account, service charges, VAT, arrears recovery, etc
