A smaller, independent consultancy is looking for a knowledgeable Senior Project Manager to join their team in Leeds.

The Senior Project Manager's Role

This is a very exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a growing, forward thinking consultancy, and support with the expansion of the business. You will work autonomously on the delivery of projects across the Commercial and Industrial sectors, as well as Leisure and Residential based schemes.

The successful Senior Project Manager will travel across the UK to site locations, and provide in-depth project Management support, including carrying out Contract Administration and Employer's Agent responsibilities.

Senior Project Manager Requirements

  • Considerable experience as a Project Manager working within Construction Consultancy
  • Background in delivering Contract Administration and Employer's Agent duties
  • Substantial understanding of NEC Contract usage
  • Client-facing and personable
  • Accredited with APM, RICS, or CIOB membership
  • Evidence of working on projects within the Commercial or Industrial build sectors
