Job Details
One of the World's leading Cost Management Consultancies are looking to add a forward-thinking Senior Quantity Surveyor to the Tunbridge Wells office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor role
Based out of the Tunbridge Wells office, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working collaboratively alongside the PM, H&S and BS teams to successfully deliver projects.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working predominantly within the Residential sector, on projects from inception to completion, covering all aspects of pre and post contract services.
As the new Senior QS, you will play a key part in business development including generating repeat business, seeking new business opportunities and managing more Junior colleagues.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- RICS preferred
- Residential sector experience
- Consultancy background
- Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
