Job Details

A global estate agency are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their team of 22 in the Central London office.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be joining the TDD service line, where you will have a focus on condition surveys and planned maintenance programs. You will be developing existing clients, whilst being given the tools to win new work and build new key relationships.

As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will become a key part of the existing team and expected to help support with junior members of staff on their APC training. With a broad range of clients, landlords and occupiers, they are looking for someone who is dynamic and confident with their communication approach.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have

  • MRICS membership
  • 4+ private practice/ consultancy experience
  • Strong condition survey and planned maintenance experience
  • Demonstrate ability to lead client pitches and presentations
  • Engage in all business development aspects
