Job Details
A multi award winning, national consultancy with an established team in Liverpool is seeking an ambitious facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a Quantity Surveying team of 15 who work across a broad range of projects from heritage, new build residential, commercial, and education up to £200m.
Delivering a diverse range of projects including large education and commercial schemes up to £200m to smaller schemes and working in interesting sectors such as Residential Housing and Local Authority.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will run projects from inception to completion as well as manage a team of experienced surveyors.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company offering excellent career progression prospects with a clear development path to Associate Director.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- A successful track record running projects to completion
- UK cost management / consultancy experience
- Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- MRICS or committed to becoming chartered
