I am currently working with a local authority in North Yorkshire who require an Estates Surveyor on an initial 6 month contract with the potential for extension.

The council work on a hybrid basis, only requiring you to be in the office for 1/2 days per week.

Duties in the role:

Landlord and tenant work

Commercial property management

Rent reviews and lease renewals

Providing trustworthy guidance to the council

Experience:

The client has requested for candidates to be MRICS accredited and to have local authority experience.
