Job Details
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in West Sussex who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6 month contract.
You'll be focused on assisting with the day-to-day management of the operational portfolio and Historic Estate, as well as advising on the programme of Disposals.
You will be required to complete site visits when necessary and go to the offices 1/2 times per week.
Local Authority experience is essential for this position.
