Our client is a National leading Construction Consultancy operating from 6 offices across the UK.

Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for a Building Surveyor or a Senior Building Surveyor to join their current team based out of the Leeds office.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following:

Degree Qualified in Building Surveying.
Have gained a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Building Surveyor.
Be either already MRICS or looking to work towards this.
Have gained experience managing small works projects.
Ideally have gained some experience on the traditional services side.
