Building Surveyor

A well regarded Chartered Building Surveying practice, are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Building Surveyor, into their West End office, London.

The Building Surveyor's role

As the new Building Surveyor you'll be covering a varied role, from licences to alter, building surveys, party wall and expert witness, to project services and contract administration. You'll service an exciting portfolio of clients, across the residential, commercial and heritage sectors, working on outstanding properties in some of London's most prestigious neighbourhoods.

The successful Building Surveyor will join an established team of 6 other Building Surveyors, whilst collaborating with the other professionals in the office on a daily basis. There are clear progression pathways and uncapped training and support, to reach personal professional goals.

The successful Building Surveyor will have

• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS,AssocRICS (preferred but not essential)
• Varied services experience, both professional and project (Ideally)
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• JCT contract experience
• Dedicated, quality driven and good team player
