Job Details

A sociable Property Consultancy are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years' experience to join the Director of Quantity Surveying in Bristol.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a young, dynamic, existing Quantity Surveying team of 15+ who enjoy a broad range of projects, alongside solid training, and support.

Project wise, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will initially get involved in residential and student accommodation projects across the city, providing different pre and post cost management duties.

There is also office, build to rent, sheds, and health projects to get involved in, a great opportunity for an ambitious Assistant QS looking to develop their career.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • 2+ years' Quantity Surveying experience
  • Able to commute around Bristol / South West
  • Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • Cost Management / Consultancy experience
  • Sociable character
