About Our Client
Our client is a well established and respected firm of Chartered Surveyors covering the North of England and Southern Scotland providing expertise to a wide variety of Rural clients.
About the Job
This is a brand-new position in preparation for our client taking on new business in the area. You will be based in the North East and operating in this region and the South of Scotland providing mainly Estate Management services to your clients. You'll quickly have the opportunity to be responsible for a portfolio of businesses who'll have you as their primary contact and it's important you can hit the ground running with these clients. Business Development qualities are vital in this expanding business.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll be an established and experienced Rural Chartered Surveyor; MRICS accreditation is essential, along with demonstrable PQE. Applications are welcome from senior management candidates. You must be able to work effectively from the off and you'll be practical and approachable, with a can-do attitude and fastidious attention to detail.
