About Our Client
An exceptionally well-regarded firm providing services within all aspects of the Surveying sphere. Their Agency department is market leading and excellently placed to capitalise on the growth within sales of Agricultural Land and Farms in the Eastern Region of the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for you, as a recently qualified or experienced Rural Chartered Surveyor to join this excellent company to capitalise on this reputation to further grow the department, as well as your personal career.
About the Job
This is a new position within the existing team to complement the existing team of experienced professionals. You will be working with some of the most experienced and respected names in the Eastern UK Rural Agency sphere and you'll soon be responsible for your own portfolio of clients who'll have you as their primary contact, whilst ensuring you represent the business in the best light, to maximise new business development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
You'll be an MRICS accredited Chartered Surveyor; at least one year of demonstrable PQE would be preferable, but our client will consider applications from candidates who are more recently qualified. Experience within Rural Agency would be extremely desirable and candidates must have a strong interest in working within this sector. Red Book valuer status would be desirable though support will be provided if you are working toward this. You'll be approachable and practical, with an excellent eye for detail and a hunger for success.
