Senior Project Manager - Multi sector experience with commercial and HE
Bristol Fully qualified and RICS accredited (ideally).Ideally 6 yrs.+ work experience / Proven experience in managing jobs of up to £15m in construction value.Our Client provide specialist professional design and construction advice for the refurbishment, new build, repair and upgrading of property portfolios within the Public and Private Sectors. Not only do they offer exciting, diverse projects: from hotels, to higher education frameworks, to master planning for international developments, they also offer team incentives and company events to ensure you work hard and you play hard.They aren't about egos or status, they are about doing great work and their staff are developing because of it. It's that simple.Do You Have….- Multi sector experience with commercial and HE. It would be beneficial to have Resi, and Retail exposure too
- Good understanding of Contracts
- Strong communication skills and can demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Willing to support and grow more junior members of staff
- Professional accreditation.
- Good technical knowledge
